- A deposit is required to confirm bookings, followed by a signed agreement.
- Remaining payments are due upon project completio
2. Revisions
- Revisions included depend on the project scope and are outlined in the agreement.
- Additional revisions beyond the scope will incur extra charges.
3. Refund and Cancellation
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Projects may be rescheduled up to two times without penalty.
4. Ownership of Content
- Ankrah Studios retains ownership of all footage unless full rights are purchased.
- We reserve the right to use completed projects for portfolio or promotional purposes.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide access to locations, timely feedback, and any necessary permits.
- Delays caused by clients may result in additional charges or timeline extensions.
6. Additional Costs
- Extra fees apply for services such as extended filming, raw footage, or deliverables not outlined in the agreement.
7. Liability
- Ankrah Studios is not responsible for delays or issues caused by external factors such as weather or equipment failure.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be resolved in good faith. Ankrah Studios reserves the final say unless otherwise agreed in writing.
